Ray Allen’s driving lay-up with 12.8 seconds to go sealed the game, and the King’s fate, in Seattle’s
122-118 Game 5 series-clinching win on Tuesday. Allen, who finished with a team-high 30 points, was 12-for-20 from the field, including 4-of-6 from behind the arc. Rashard Lewis added 24 points and five other Sonics scored in double figures. Seattle advances to the second round for the first time in seven years where they will meet San Antonio.
